What is Blingfactor?
Blingfactor allows you to determine how much you should be earning based on
many different traits and characteristics...or attributes
as we like to call them. You can contrast yourself with millions of people
based on practically any attribute you can think of - from education or job
location to something wacky like favorite flavor of ice cream or eye color.
Here at Blingfactor we think if you are a circus clown and went to the best
clown college in the world you should get paid accordingly. You don't want to
know the average salary of all circus clowns, you want to know the average
salary of all circus clowns that went to a top five clown college. Maybe you
even want to know the average salary of all clowns that went to your clown
college and got a graduate degree in exotic balloon animals, well, you can do
that at Blingfactor too.
So now you must be wondering, where do we get our data? From you! (Imagine us
pointing our big obnoxious finger in your face). That's right. Each person
helps out the community by joining us (for FREE) and telling us their
salary (We keep it totally ANONYMOUS. Even we can't see it!). By
gathering this information and maintaining it for everyone's benefit, we aim to
provide you with information that is useful, interesting, and just plain fun!
But wait, there's more! At Blingfactor we let you do more than just find out
how much you are worth. You can also track your worth over time, find out what
your most valuable attributes are, or find out which bars the people with the
highest salaries hang out at.
